Dwight Hurst, MC, LPC



Dwight Hurst is the father of two beautiful children and the husband of one lovely woman in Davis County Utah. He is happy to be here.

Dwight has worked in the Human Services & Mental Health field for the past 12 years. He began his career working with children and adolescents in crisis, which quickly led to family work. Dwight is the past chair of the Davis County Domestic Violence Coalition, and is a member of the American Counseling Association and the Utah School Counseling association. Since graduate school Dwight has specialized in relationships between individuals within systems, including families, colleges, workplaces, and other settings requiring complex interactions.

Dwight's clinical specialties include:
  • Working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders and their families
  • Relationship problems, especially between children or adolescents and their parents
  • Domestic Violence recovery and support
  • Vocational and career counseling
  • Individual counseling

Dwight is currently accepting appointments with individuals, families, couples, children, and adolescents.

Larry Anderson, MC, LPC, NCC

Larry has been married to his awesome wife for nearly 20-years. He is the father of one adult son, and two teenage sons. He enjoys working with clients from a variety of backgrounds.

Larry has worked as a Licensed Clinical Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Case Manager, and Social Service Worker since 1988.

Larry graduated from Weber State University in 1988 with Bachelors Degrees in Psychology and Social Work and was licensed as a Social Service Worker from 1988-2002. He earned his Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Phoenix in 2001, and became a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in 2003, and a National Certified Counselor (NCC) in 2005.

He is also a clincial supervisor of Masters level students and graduate counselors from local Universities in the Salt Lake City area. He has worked in a variety of clinical settings including: State of Utah-Department of Human Services, Public and Private Mental Health Centers, Nursing Home/Long Term Care, Adult Correctional Settings. He currently works in Private Practice and with LDS Family Services.
